Three and four-wheel
electric counterbalanced warehouse forklifts and liftrucks are some of

Equipped with 3 or 4 solid cushion warehouse tires this type of
electric counterbalanced warehouse lift truck is recommended for
use on a hard smooth surfaces such as concrete. Forklifts such
as these, with solid cushion warehouse tires, have a smaller turning
radius than pneumatic tire forklifts and liftrucks.
Solid cushion tired warehouse liftrucks are available with three
or four wheels, depending on space requirements. Four-wheel electric
counterbalanced warehouse counterparts have a larger turning radius
than do their three-wheel electric warehouse lifttruck cousins
which therefore have a tighter turning radius , allowing them to
operate in a smaller area.
Used to load/unload trailers, box vans, and warehouse racks, electric
counterbalanced warehouse forklifts can also be used to stack pallets
or various loads, as well as move pallets or loads around a facility.
The smallest three wheel electric counterbalanced warehouse lifttruck
requires at least a 9 foot 9 inch aisle with 42 inch forks. The
smallest four wheel electric counterbalanced warehouse forklift
requires at least a 10 foot 6 inch aisle with 42 inch forks.
